The format of the conference, along with the pricing structure, strongly encourage attendance of both PhD students/ECRs and their supervisors. Supervisor is defined loosely for this reason, and can refer to any senior colleague willing to attend the conference and discuss the work of another participant. PhD students, ECRs and supervisors are, however, very welcome to attend the conference alone at the single delegate rate.

Early bird registration period = 1st March - 30th April 2014

Single delegate rate = €400

For joint delegates (i.e. those attending in a PhD student/ECR AND supervisor/senior colleague pair:) : €300 each

Standard registration period = 1st May - 31st July 2014

The registration fee includes the access to the three days of conference, two lunches (3th of September and 4 of September), two diners and refreshments throughout the conference.
